Jim Reeves: I see us as an equalizer. We’re able to go to court for the common person and give them as good a representation or better than the largest companies in this country. Our philosophy is every case, no matter how small or how big. Once we take it on, we do everything we can to put our clients in the best position to win.
We’re in our tenth season now with law call. Law call is the local public interest show that we began doing in 2009. My partner and I started law call because we felt like it was a real need in the community, so when you talk to people that they have a better understanding of the law.
Matt Mestayer: We do a lot of things for the community. We feel that our law practice is really an extension of that. We want all our clients to be treated like family. This is not just a job. I mean, we don’t just work 9:00 to 5:00. You know, we work pretty much around the clock seven days a week because our clients are important to us. And you have to give that kind of effort to get the best result. Basically, our door is always open for anybody. We love the area and love the community. And, you know, I care about these people here, and that’s why we do what we do.
Client Testimonial: I was a crane operator working on shore, and working at night. The lighting on the rig that I was on was very limited. I was operating, breaking some pipes to loose from the water, picking them up and breaking them. The hook come back to the cab cracked my skull. And for me, I had a brain surgery to put my skull back together. I think my sister watches law call on TV at night every Saturday. Next thing you know, Jim come out to my house. Matt Mestayer: I think people look at us and say, oh, they only handle these type of big cases. And that’s not true. We handle all types of cases. Do we do some big cases? Sure we do. But we also do everyday cases all the time. And we love to do it because for us, it’s about helping people.
